How to get there/getting around

When arriving by air in Kathmandhu  you will require a Visa on Arrival. Please find a link with details here.

If joining  for the Kathmandu experience at Swarga Heritage Hotel, a taxi costs approx 12€ to the hotel.

Visshudy Alaya is located 45 km outside Kathmandu. A taxi from the airport to Vishudi Alaya is appoximately 25€ and can be shared with 4 people.

Airfare and in country transportation to/from the retreat center. (unless otherwise stated)

Extra optional activities at the Retreat Center.

If joining in Kathmandu....hotel, meals and entry fees in Kathmandu. (unless otherwise stated)

Gratuities

Check in at Retreat Center

Check in is after 3pm, Sunday October 12 at Vishuddi Alaya . We will meet at around 16.00 for a welcome circle and easy Yoga practice.

Dinner will be around 6.00 pm with time to chat and relax afterwards.

Check out of Retreat Center

Check out is 11.00 on  Saturday October 18. 

Deposits, Cancellation & Refund

To reserve a spot a deposit of 400€ is required. 150€ of this is non-refundable to cover administration and rebooking costs.

Full payment (or remainder of the balance) is due by July 1st, 2025

If signing in after July 1st full payment is due. 

If you cancel before July 1st  250€ of your deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel between July 1st and September 1st ---50% of the total retreat cost will be refunded.

If you cancel after September 1st  there will be no refund  of the retreat costs. If there is someone on a waitlist or you manage to find someone to take your spot you will be refunded the full amount (minus 150€ non-refundable deposit).

In  the case of an unforeseen travel ban, the retreat will be postponed. All payments will remain valid for a rescheduled retreat at a later date.

Tracy Cooper Yoga is not responsible for any additional expenses if the retreat is cancelled or postponed. Flight/Trip cancellation and Medical Insurance are strongly advised.

And lastly.....

All activities are subject to change depending on weather, availability and interest.

Sunsets and Moon rise are organized independently by Mother Nature and are beyond the organizers control.

For anyone traveling for the first time to Nepal I would highly recommend adding some extra days  to your trip to visit more of Nepal's beautiful places.
