Embodied Energy Flow on Tuesday evenings in Kreuzlingen.

Just like Saturday morning....but a different day and different space 

A strong, slow flow combining classical Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Fascia and Meridian Yoga.

As it is an evening class there will be a slightly longer "softening" time to close.

These classes are best suited for Yogis with some basic Yoga experience.
